Mirri Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
1. Service Overview
Mirri is a mobile web application that analyzes facial photos taken by users using AI technology to provide skin condition information. This service does not constitute a medical practice, and analysis results should be used for reference purposes only.
2. Registration and Accounts
(1) A Google account login is required to use the service.
(2) Users are responsible for keeping their account information accurate.
(3) Accounts may not be transferred to or shared with others.
3. Usage and Payments
(1) On this website (mirri.cc), one free analysis is provided daily (resetting at midnight KST). No paid services are offered directly through this website.
(2) Additional analyses and premium features are available through purchases made in the "Mirri" mini-app within the Toss app.
(3) Payments inside the mini-app are processed through the Toss payment system and are subject to the Toss terms and refund policy as well.
4. Refund Policy

Users must not engage in the following:
(1) Uploading another person's facial photo without consent
(2) Reverse-engineering, copying, or unauthorized scraping of the service
(3) Interfering with the normal operation of the service
(4) Using analysis results for medical diagnostic purposes
6. Disclaimers
(1) AI analysis results are for reference only and do not replace medical diagnosis or prescriptions. If you suspect a skin condition, please consult a medical professional.
(2) The service is provided "as is," and no guarantee is made regarding the accuracy or completeness of analysis results.
(3) We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the service, including AI models, design, and software, belong to Mirri. Copyright of photos uploaded by users remains with the user, and Mirri may use them solely for the purpose of providing the service.
8. Service Changes and Discontinuation
Mirri may modify or discontinue all or part of the service as operationally necessary, and will provide advance notice for significant changes.
