Mirri Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
This website (mirri.cc) does not directly process paid transactions. All credit pack purchases are made through the "Mirri" mini-app within the Toss app via the Toss payment system, and refunds follow the same channel.
1. Credit Pack Refunds
(1) Unused credits purchased through the Toss mini-app may be fully refunded within 14 days of purchase.
(2) Credits that have been partially or fully used are not eligible for a refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
(1) Please request a refund for the relevant transaction through your purchase history in the Toss app.
(2) For additional questions, please contact support@mirri.cc.
3. Refund Processing Time
(1) You will be notified of the approval status within 3 business days of your request.
(2) After approval, processing follows the Toss payment system's standard timelines depending on your payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
(1) Credits or analysis services that have already been used
(2) Credits purchased more than 14 days ago
